1.2.3. Make a Monumental Impact With Small Changes

Hey, It’s Alex—

Let’s keep this one short and sweet.

I’m issuing a challenge to everyone this week: embrace something out of the ordinary each day. It could be as simple as basking in the sun for five minutes without glancing at your phone or embarking on a spontaneous picnic at the park.

It doesn’t need to be monumental; just a departure from the routines we tend to fall victim to as we grow older. These minor adjustments have the potential to ignite creativity and spark some joy.

As Ryder from Paw Patrol wisely puts it, no challenge is too big, and no change is too small. That’s not the exact quote but hopefully you get it. In the long run, it’s these small changes that leave the most profound impact on us and sometimes even the people around us!

“Kids are curious, and if you don’t lose that, then everything is an adventure.”
