I’ve been owner of PURGATORY PIZZA since 2016 and I just opened up my newest concept, HOT TONGUE PIZZA. I’m extremely passionate about pizza and plant-based cuisine.
I love cooking. I love pizza. I love art and emotion being put into everything. I am excessively critical, incredibly anxious, highly sensitive and over-emotional. Those are my super powers.
I’ve always drawn a lot of parallels from my background in the music industry and applied them to food. Running a restaurant is a lot like being in a band.
