1.2.3. Excellence, Habits, and a Challenge for 2023

I’ve been implementing some new habits into my daily routine. I felt the need for some re-programing. Habits to me are small incremental steps I can take which in fact will make me a better baker, writer, father, husband and friend. Here are a few of mine:

+ Wake up at 4am 6 days a week

+ Make bread every day I am at the shop

+ Read a full cookbook cover 2 cover once a month 

+ Put my phone away at 7pm

+ Write everyday

Now, habits are great, but creating a plan to execute them is the most important part.

I challenge you to not set goals but introduce some habits with a plan that will positively affect you and what you do every day.
