1.2.3. Don’t Wait To Do What You Want to Do. Start Now.

New beginnings. Everyone likes a new year because there is this kind of energy of beginning again. This is something that is probably more of social construct than anything else.

“Write it on your heart that every day is the best day in the year.”

There is no point in waiting on anyone or anything. Especially a new year. Waiting for the perfect time to do the things you want is a bad idea. I say every day is a new year. So let’s start this bad boy off with this.

This year, or everyday for that matter don’t wait for shit. Anything you want to do, do it now. You want to start making better dough and playing around with different flour and starters, do it. You want to get fit and lose weight, do it. You want to add fresh pasta to the menu, do it. You want to have a hard conversation with a family member or friend, do it. Do it, and follow through. Stop talking about it. The initial action, the first step, that sets the ball rolling down the hill. Just make sure you follow through!

Extra Slice

Every day is a new day, I’m thankful for every breath I take.
