America’s Pizza Mecca, Vegan Pepperoni Recipe, & The Struggle of Moderation

What is authentic New York style pizza?

This is something I was asking myself this past week. We compare things all the time, and most of the time we do that we will find that little joy is left when our expectations aren’t met.

I think NY style pizza is more of a phrase these days than anything, it’s marketing. It’s nostalgic thinking about the glories of the rich Italian history of the east coast.

America’s Pizza Mecca

Trust me I’ve had my share of bread and delicatessen from the east coast and it is something to brag about.

What’s not something to brag about is how you can’t find any good pizza, bagels or whatever it is you grew up eating in the city you chose to live in.

Low key I am talking to every asshole in Los Angeles that says there is no good pizza.

You live in one of the most culturally rich food cities in the world. If you can’t find good pizza your taste buds are broken.

Every city, every neighborhood has gems. You just have to be open to it. Pizza, bread, bagels, its comfort, literal comfort. Find your comfort, be open, don’t compare and life will be a delicious ride

We have a very very exciting video drop this Friday for the seitan vegan pepperoni recipe that you can find here!

Ernest Hemingway said,

“I Drink To Make Other People More Interesting.”

Apparently, Hemingway was kind of a terrible person. I didn’t know him so I can’t say. I can say that I find this quote amusing though.

Alcohol and drugs are pretty great distractions, but can also create huge problems and barriers in relationships and business. Alcohol can get really tricky in the service industry and with everything, boundaries need to be put in place to keep everyone safe.

All in moderation.

I know I struggle with not knowing when to stop sometimes, but sometimes the party doesn’t know when to stop with me.

Anyway, don’t drink and drive or do ayahuasca without some help.

Avoid the noid! Dominoes Noid was a crazy bastard always trying to mess with your pizza. Enjoy this classic.
