Be advised like most of the recipes I share, you have a lot of wiggling room to make this your own.
If you like a lot of heat, add more cayenne. If you want more smokiness, throw more liquid smoke in, the world is yours.
You can make this recipe yours by simply adding salt!

BBQ Sauce Recipe
This simple bbq sauce recipe will leave your taste buds jumping up and down. It's really easy to make and the final product is better and healthier than anything you'll find on the shelves at the grocery store.

What You'll need
- Kitchen scale
- Immersion Blender
Ingredients
Wet
- 15 Oz Tomato Sauce
- 1/4 Cup Tomato Paste
- 1/3 Cup Molasses
- 2 Tea Liquid Smoke
- 1/3 Cup Agave
- 1 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1/2 Cup Veggie Broth
Dry
- 2 Tea Granulated Garlic
- 3 Tea Salt
- 1 Tea Onion Salt
- 1 Tea Mustard Powder
- 1 Tea Smoked Paprika
- 1 Tea Pepper
- 1/4 Tea Cayenne
Instructions
- Add everything to a small pot
- Stir together nicely with an immersion blender
- Heat on low-medium heat and let it cook off for about 45 minutes. This will thicken the sauce a bit. Remember to stir!
