Pizza U.S.A owned by the legend Pedro Martinez in Bellflower.
Prime Pizza Fairfax now headed by one of the hardest workers I have met, Ryan Ruoff.
And a huge hug to the whole team at Purgatory Pizza, but especially Jeremy Alvarado who has absolutely been going above and beyond pizza.

Sometimes I think about how I wound up a pizza wizard instead of the musician I wanted to be.
That thought had me reflecting on something another wizard said:
“It’s not our abilities that make us who we are, it’s our choices” – Albus Dumbledore.
I am not the most talented pizza chef, or vegan wizard, I just wake up every day and work on being better at it.
This quote from my man Dumble D is a good reminder that we have the choice to be anything we want to be.
Our choices just have to align with what that is.
