1.2.3. Even on the worst days…

Hey there— Alex here,

I try to carve out a couple minutes every day just to sit and think about all the things I have to be grateful for. Even all the unfortunate things that are going on in my life. It allows me time and space that helps give me perspective.

It helps remind me that sometimes the “big” problems I’m having now should not outweigh the amount of beautiful things all around me. This exercise helps me concentrate on the things that bring joy and happiness into my life.

There are so many unforeseen problems when you’re an entrepreneur and there are not a lot of safety nets. This can be very overwhelming when things don’t go as planned.

There are always things to be mad, sad, annoyed and scared about, but there is always something to be thankful for too.

“The real gift of gratitude is that the more grateful you are, the more present you become.”
