Having people around you whom you admire and who support you has been life-changing during my career as a pizza shop owner.
For years, I felt like I was navigating through dark days alone, without anyone truly understanding my experiences. It’s been incredibly priceless to forge friendships with other owners, operators, chefs, and entrepreneurs who have encountered things I haven’t, helping me realize what can be achieved and how it should be done.
I highly recommend surrounding yourself with people you admire and respect, and never be afraid to make connections with total strangers. Nine times out of ten, you’ll make lifelong connections— at least in the pizza industry.
