1.2.3. Just Ask For What You Want In The Restaurant Industry and In Your Life

Hey — It’s Alex.

Sometimes I forget how much simpler life becomes when you just speak up for what you need.

There’ve been countless instances in business and life where I’ve felt powerless, only to realize later that I hadn’t used my voice effectively to ask the right questions or stand up for myself.

Most likely, it was out of fear of rejection or criticism.

As I’ve grown older, I’ve learned to care less about what others think, which makes it easier to confront difficult situations or delve deeper into issues.

Don’t hesitate; voice your desires, embrace who you are, and even if things don’t go as planned, take pride in knowing you’ve done everything you could.

“You get in life what you have the courage to ask for.”

― Oprah Winfrey
