The holidays, for me, embody gratitude…
A crucial element alongside communication in both running a restaurant and nurturing any relationship. It’s too easy to overlook the people around us and the invaluable service they provide in our daily lives.
It might come off a bit odd talking about how someone serves you, but honestly, everyone’s presence affects each other in some way or another, serving a purpose for both parties involved.
We’re all in the service industry, every day.
Personally, this year has been exceptionally challenging. However, I recognize that I couldn’t have weathered it without the incredible team at Hot Tongue, my cherished friends – both old and new, and my dearly loved family.
I hope I can continue to remember to express just how truly grateful I am to have them all in my life.
