🚀1.2.3. What propels genuine positive change?

Hey it’s Alex,

Throughout my experience with my MGMT over the years, our talks frequently revolve around them setting goals for the upcoming months or the next year.

My perspective, however, has always been different—I firmly believe change shouldn’t wait for a specific date. Instead, it should be initiated the moment it’s conceived.

While some opt for New Year’s resolutions, I’ve come to see the new year as somewhat of a manufactured concept. Authentic change stems from within, and although the process might take a year or much longer, it commences with that initial thought—transforming it into action without delay.

This immediacy is what propels genuine positive change, catering to those who are truly committed to personal growth, who aren’t just talk but are willing to act swiftly.

The start of a new year buzzes with energy, often driven by the shared belief in fresh possibilities.

There’s something alluring about January 1st, as if it holds the promise of a clean slate. In my opinion, every day should feel this way.
