- 1 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
- ½ cup Water
- ¼ cup Granulated Sugar
- 1½ tsp Kosher Salt or Sea Salt
- 1 tsp mustard seeds (optional for extra flavor)
- 1-2 cloves Garlic, Crushed (optional for added depth)
Vegan Mayo Instructions
