Simple Fresh Pesto Recipe

Green goddess, Jimmy Pesto, Italian guacamole!

Whatever you call it, pesto can take things to the next level. Basil is delicious and when liquified it becomes something incredible.

Throw it on pasta, bread, or pretty much anything really and you’re in for a treat.

Nuts!

You got to have nuts for pesto, and the ones we are using will be almonds. Not only are they way less expensive than pine nuts, but they also create a great texture and flavor for the perfect plant-based pesto.

Like most of my recipes, they are very simple. I find that you get the most flavor when things aren’t overly complicated. It’s all about getting the most out of what you can. Just like life.

Like every recipe I share, you’re going to need a kitchen scale. ACCUTECK is the one I use at home and in my restaurants.
